To start your return:

1) Fill out the Refund Request Form
2) Expect a reply from our friendly Customer Service team to finalize.

We stand by our products and offer a generous refund policy because we believe in them. Due to this, we ask that customers give the product a fair shot for at least two weeks. Refunds are processed no sooner than two weeks after delivery.

To get a refund, return any unused and unopened products. Empty or damaged items not previously disclosed won’t qualify. Fitness Equipment may be returned for store credit.

Remember, you have 90 days from the purchase date for returns. After that, it’s store credit only. Please contact customer service for help before returning anything.

Initial shipping charges are non-refundable. Shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. 

Once we get your return, give us 7-10 business days to process it. Keep an eye out for a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.Â
